• We pledge to comply fully with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations governing the solar industry, with a specific commitment to adhere to Nevada Senate Bill SB293 and Nevada Assembly Bill AB39.
• We vow to stay informed and current with all legislative developments relevant to our industry, ensuring our practices consistently reflect compliance and legal responsibility.
• We maintain a physical, brick-and-mortar presence in Nevada to serve as a reliable, accessible resource for our customers and the communities we operate within.
• We are committed to providing products and services that are suitable, sustainable, and appropriate for each customer’s specific circumstances.
• We will conduct thorough evaluations to ensure that our offerings meet the highest standards of quality and relevance for our consumers.
• We pledge to thoroughly educate each prospective customer on the benefits, limitations, and financial implications of solar energy systems, ensuring that they make informed decisions.
• Our commitment includes clearly and honestly explaining both the pros and cons associated with solar investments, with no intention to mislead or misrepresent any information.
• We pledge to maintain truthfulness in all communications, including advertising, promotional materials, and customer interactions.
• We vow never to engage in misleading tactics or statements that could compromise the consumer’s trust in our products or services.
• We pledge that all sales activities are conducted by W2 employees of our member companies, eliminating any split wage arrangements (e.g., a W2/1099 relationship) to promote fairness and ethical employment practices.
• We commit to holding all employees to the highest professional and ethical standards, ensuring that each representative embodies our association’s values.
• We pledge to respond promptly, transparently, and comprehensively to any Nevada State Contractors Board, Attorney Generals Office or other enforcement agency inquiries, complaints, or requests for information.
• We are committed to upholding public trust and working in cooperation with regulatory entities to foster a well-regulated, consumer-friendly industry.
• We actively support policy initiatives that enhance consumer protections within the solar industry, advocating for measures that increase transparency, fairness, and accountability across the sector.
